Privacy Notice

This is the short version. We don't scan your mail for ad targeting. We don't sell your data. We don't use your messages to train machine learning models. Full stop.

What we collect

• Account details you provide: email address, name, password (hashed), chosen plan, billing information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number).
• Mail data you send and receive, stored encrypted at rest on our servers so we can deliver it to you over IMAP/SMTP/webmail.
• Server logs for operational purposes: connection timestamps, IP addresses, SMTP transaction records. Retained 30 days for abuse investigation, then deleted.

What we don't do

• No advertising. Ever. We don't run ads, and we don't give your data to anyone who does.
• No third-party analytics on your mail. We don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any tracker on the authenticated portions of the service.
• No training on your content. Your messages are not included in any model, ours or a vendor's.
• No metadata sale. Senders, recipients, subject lines — none of it is shared.

Subprocessors

• Stripe — billing. They see your payment method, amount, and email.
• Cloudflare — DNS and CDN for this marketing site. They see traffic to spamvex.com (not your mail).
• Let's Encrypt — TLS certificates. They see the hostname of the server.
• That's it. No other third parties have access to your account or your mail.

Your rights

• Export your mail via IMAP at any time — it's your data, in the open standard format, portable to any provider.
• Request deletion: email privacy@spamvex.com. We delete within 14 days and confirm in writing.
• Under GDPR / CCPA / similar regimes, you have rights of access, rectification, and portability. Request any via the same address.

Law enforcement

We respond only to valid legal process from jurisdictions where we operate. We publish a transparency report annually. We notify affected customers of requests unless legally prohibited.

Changes

If we change this notice in a way that affects your rights, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The current version is always at this URL.
